|
|
I've placed my imapsize configuration in a separate directory, and I load imapsize on Windows XP using:
"C:\Program Files\IMAPSize\imapsize.exe" /dataDir="D:\settings\imapsize"
Because I manually copied the configuration files to that location first, imapsize loads with no problem and sees the configuration files. However, if I make changes to the configuration, imapsize saves the changes in the default configuration directory, ignoring the dataDir setting!
Even worse, if I make no changes whatsoever to the configuration, imapsize re-saves it in the default location when I exit the program!
Could you confirm that this is a bug and let us know when we could expect a fix? This is a security issue, because my custom data directory is encrypted, while the default location is not. |

| Yes, it's a bug, thanks for reporting it. I've provided a patch which you can download from here. Replace the existing imapsize.exe with the one from the patch. |
