Greetings IMAPSize,
I'm new to the list so hopefully this question has not be asked previously.
Can anyone comment on why some folders with large numbers of messages I will not get a folder size?
Also when I try a "Check Storage Quota" I get the following response:
"Couldn't retieve storage quota: GETQUOTAROOT Ok." |

Sounds like the size is to big to display in the column so only dots are displayed. Have you tried making the column a bit wider than it is by default? (This is the header of the tree view where the various folder icons are located.)
Some IMAP servers don't suppot the quota command, and some servers say they support it but don't return any data when asked for it. Your server is one of those. |
