First of all IMAPSize is a fine piece of software, very happy to have found it!

I use it mainly to back up my IMAP account locally (and then index it for easy email searching).

It would be really nice to have an ignore list for folders that I do NOT want backed up, e.g. JUNK, Drafts, etc. It gets tedious after a while to keep unselecting items from the long list of folders in the Account Backup screen.

Maybe we will see this feature in a future version of IMAPSize.

Thank you.

I agree. This will be implemented as a side effect of the command line backup since it can't be very usable without a preselected list of folders to backup. I haven't yet seriously started working on the next release (still recovering from the holiday effect), but the two things I have planned for it are the command line backup and better handling of shared/public folders. In brief, you should see this feature sooner rather than later.
