As you might have noticed, IMAPSize provides a built-in bug reporting mechanism. Whenever an unhandled error occurs, an error dialog will pop up which has several buttons such as "Mail bug report", "Continue application", etc. If you get such a dialog, please select the "Mail bug report" button. This will open your default mail client and prepopulate the message with information about the error. Usually the stack trace is enough for me to figure out what the problem was, but sometimes it is not. So, please provide a brief explanation of what you were doing when the error occured in the email. If you can't think of anything, send the mail anyway.

Most of the errors are recoverable, so always try clicking "Continue application" after you've sent the email to continue working.

I don't usually respond to these bug reports unless I can't figure them out, but rest assured that they are appreciated and dealt with.

However, how do we send bug reports if there are bugs but no error interface?

Please add a Help > Send Bug Reports option so that we can send you some reports directly from the program.
